1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AlHuria Pay mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AlHuria Pay ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the App.

2. Description of Service

AlHuria Pay is a non-custodial, decentralized cryptocurrency wallet application that allows users to:

• Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets
• Send and receive supported cryptocurrencies (USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20, BTC, ETH, TRX)
• View real-time cryptocurrency portfolio values
• Manage transaction history

The App is a tool for managing digital assets. We do not provide banking, financial advisory, investment, or money transmission services unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

To use AlHuria Pay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where use of the App is prohibited by applicable law
• Not be listed on any governmental sanctions list

4. Non-Custodial Nature

AlHuria Pay is a non-custodial wallet. This means:

• You control your keys: Your private keys and seed phrases are generated on and stored exclusively on your device. AlHuria Pay has no access to them.
• You are responsible: If you lose your private key or seed phrase, we cannot recover your funds. There is no "forgot password" for blockchain wallets.
• Irreversible transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast to the network. Verify all transaction details before confirming.
• No insurance: Digital assets held in your wallet are not insured by any government agency or financial institution.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Securely store your seed phrase (12 or 24 words) in a safe, offline location. Never share it with anyone, including AlHuria Pay support.
• Maintain the security of your device and the App
• Verify all wallet addresses before sending any transaction
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency use
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or financing terrorism
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency involves significant risks. By using AlHuria Pay, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can lose value rapidly.
• Technology Risk: Blockchains can experience bugs, congestion, or attacks.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and may restrict your ability to use digital assets.
• Loss of Access: Loss of your private key or seed phrase results in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds.
• Smart Contract Risk: Interactions with DeFi protocols carry additional technical risks.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AlHuria Pay to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Circumvent sanctions imposed by any governmental authority
• Conduct fraudulent transactions or deceive other users
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Engage in market manipulation of any cryptocurrency

8. Intellectual Property

The AlHuria Pay application, including its name, logo, design, code, and content, is the exclusive property of AlHuria Pay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or user error.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALHURIA PAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlHuria Pay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
