AlHuria Pay is a non-custodial wallet. We do not store your private keys, seed phrases, or transaction data on our servers. Your financial data stays on your device.
1. Introduction
Welcome to AlHuria Pay ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. By using AlHuria Pay, you consent to the practices described herein.
AlHuria Pay is a decentralized, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. We are fundamentally committed to user privacy and data minimization — we only collect what is absolutely necessary to provide the service.
2. Information We Collect
As a non-custodial wallet, AlHuria Pay minimizes data collection. The following categories describe what we may collect:
2.1 Information You Provide
- Device nickname or display name (if you choose to set one)
- App preferences and settings (stored locally on your device)
- Contact information if you reach out to our support team
2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your private keys or seed phrases — these never leave your device
- Your transaction history — blockchain transactions are public but we do not log them centrally
- Your wallet balances — calculated locally from public blockchain data
- Personally identifiable financial information
- Government ID, passport, or Know Your Customer (KYC) data in the current version
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Anonymous crash reports and error logs to improve app stability
- Device type and operating system version (non-identifying, for compatibility)
- App version and general usage patterns (aggregated and anonymized)
3. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we collect is used solely for:
- Improving the functionality, performance, and security of the AlHuria Pay application
- Responding to your support requests and inquiries
- Sending important app updates and security notifications (only with your consent)
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through anonymous crash analytics
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
4. Blockchain Transparency
Please be aware that cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, etc.). Once a transaction is broadcast to a blockchain network, it is permanently visible to anyone with access to that blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is outside our control.
Your wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps are publicly visible on the respective blockchain explorers. We strongly recommend practicing good privacy hygiene, such as using new addresses for different purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: Your private keys and seed phrases are stored exclusively on your device using industry-standard encryption. We use secure enclave technology where available (Android Keystore) to protect your cryptographic material.
No Cloud Storage of Keys: At no point are your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials transmitted to or stored on AlHuria Pay servers.
Data Breach: In the event of any security incident affecting user data, we will notify affected users promptly in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Third-Party Services
AlHuria Pay may integrate with the following third-party services:
- Blockchain Nodes/APIs: To broadcast transactions and retrieve blockchain data (e.g., TronGrid, Infura, Blockstream). These services see transaction data as it appears publicly on the blockchain.
- Price Data Providers: Anonymous requests to cryptocurrency price APIs to display market values.
- Crash Analytics: Anonymous crash reporting (no personal data attached).
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
7. Children's Privacy
AlHuria Pay is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right to access the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to deletion of your personal data
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address provided in the Contact section.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Since we collect minimal data, most information is retained only for the duration of your support interaction.
10. International Transfers
If you are located outside the country where our servers are based, your information may be transferred to and processed in different jurisdictions. By using AlHuria Pay, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of AlHuria Pay after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
